Current Amazon Fashion Finds

Hi, all!! Lately I have been all about Amazon fashion finds. I’m honestly not loving much from other retailers right now. It’s that weird transition time where it’s still hot so I don’t want to spend much on fall clothes, but it’s almost September so I don’t want to spend a lot on summer clothes either. Amazon is the cheap/easy solution for me during this transition period! The free shipping doesn’t hurt either ;) Here are some of my fav finds!

Trendy Star Choker Necklace / $10. I love this necklace!! It looks like some designer necklaces I have seen at local boutiques. And you can’t beat the price! (Also comes in silver & a hearts version).

Camo Jogger Pants / $20. Next up are two adorable joggers! I live in these during the end of summer/fall months. And let’s be honest, they are warm enough for Carolina winters too. I love the camo print of this pair!

French Terry Lace Up Front Joggers / $28. LOVE THESE!!!! These are sooooo fun! They have 5 star reviews. I also really love the grey color option!

Ruffle Sleeve Pullover Sweater / $16. How sweet is this sweater!!!! I’m obsessed. I think it would be perfect with a frilly mini skirt for now, and will be great in the coming months with jeans/leggings and over the knee boots!

Boat Neck Lace Up Sweater / $23. White sweaters are a MUST for end of summer/beginning of fall. This one would be great with boyfriend jeans and wedges for a girl’s night out! Super trendy transitional piece that comes in several colors!! Excellent reviews on this sweater.

Ripped Boyfriend Jeans / $29. Speaking of boyfriend jeans… love these! And appreciate that they come in Small, Medium, Large, X-Large & XX-Large sizing… makes it so much easier to order! Great reviews.

Red Cold Shoulder Ruffle Dress / $22. This dress is sooooo cute!! I could see myself wearing it with sneakers or flat booties for tailgates, and over the knee boots and a leather jacket for a dressed up dinner! Truly the perfect sassy transition dress! Bonus: it has a fun open back!

Cotton Backless Dress / $27. I am so obsessed with this dress! It is an exact copy of a Free People maxi dress at a fraction of the cost. This is perfect for end of summer with a little denim jacket and sandals. Great reviews and comes in lots of color options!

High Waisted Wide Leg Two Piece Set / $19. I am soooo ordering this for something wedding related!! I LOVE it and it has good reviews! It comes in 8+ other colors. I think this would be so cute in the black color option for fall.

Striped Off The Shoulder Halter Blouse / $17. This blouse has 5 star reviews and is perfect for jean shorts or high waisted flared denim… I also think white jeans would be amazing with this top!

One Shoulder Long Sleeve Blouse / $23. Here is another blouse I am loving! The funky cut of the top and flattering cinched waist make it a must try for me! Great reviews and a couple other color options.

Oversized Denim Boyfriend Jacket / $32. These were all the rage last year, and the trend isn’t going away anytime soon! I think these oversized denim jackets are perfect for the summer to fall transition period! This one is a great price point with 80+ 5 star reviews.

Faux Suede Motorcycle Jacket / $42. Loving this light blue faux suede jacket for fall!! It has good reviews- a lot of them comment on how impressed they are with the quality. I love having fun jackets in my closet to dress up a plain t-shirt and jeans in the fall. You could even throw on the lace up block heels I talk about below and boom you have a chic little outfit! This one also comes in neutral colors.

Faux Suede Ankle Booties / $19-$29 (depends on size!). LOVE these casual little booties. They would be so cute with the red dress I shared. They remind me of a pair that was around $100 at the Nordstrom sale! 5 star reviews, also come in black color option.
Lace Up Block Heel / $42. If you follow me on Instagram, then you have seen me wear these many, many times! They are pretty much the only heels I have that I actually like to wear because they are so COMFORTABLE!! And flattering on the legs. I wear these to weddings, with jean shorts to casual dinners… anywhere! Also come in black and tan color options.

Clear Lace Up Diamante Heels / $49. Ok, y’all know I love to have a little tacky/fun/bling in my life- lol! I wasn’t going to share these at first BUT I have had them sitting in my cart for a few weeks, so I figured someone else might love them too ;) These would be so fun with a simple and sleek dress for an event or a bachelorette party!!

Everything You Need To Know About Engagement Pictures (Wedding Series Part 1)

OMGosh….. just looking at these photos makes me feel so happy and kind of emotional! We had the best time taking these. It was an experience that brought Brenton & I even closer together (sounds cheesy but it’s true!), and I’m so grateful that we will have these pictures from this exciting time in our lives.

On the first part of this WEDDING SERIES (!!!!!), I’m going to be talking all about engagement photos- how to pick your photographer, engagement photo location, and what to wear!

How to pick your engagement/wedding photographer:

I already knew I would hire Allison Kuhn before Brenton and I ever got engaged. I wouldn’t even pick a wedding date until I knew that Allison was available! If you aren’t like me, and have no idea who to hire as your wedding photographer, here are some tips. Hire a photographer that you both feel super comfortable with. We had so much fun shooting engagement pictures, partly because Brenton and I are both very comfortable with Allison. Brenton had such a good attitude during the shoot, and he kept Allison and I laughing with how engaged and into it he was (or was pretending to be for my sake ;). When I look back on the pictures, I think of how much fun we were having and how much love I felt at that exact moment. Research different styles on Pinterest and social media. I love the style of Allison’s work. It is so fresh, bright, and speaks for itself. I also love that she works with film (that is rare!). You have to decide what style you love, and then search for a photographer who fits that style. Look for a photographer who captures the important moments. Allison has a way of capturing those special moments that no one else seems to notice. How to pick your engagement photo location:

Pick somewhere that is special to you AND your fiancé. I knew I wanted our engagement pictures to be taken in Isle of Palms, so Allison and I we were able to plan for that in advance. Be sure to let your photographer know if you want to take engagement photos out of town so that you have time to plan for it! I will write a blog post at some point on why this place is so significant to us. Search Pinterest for inspiration. If you can’t think of a place, or you can’t decide on which one, search Pinterest! I drew a ton of inspiration from Pinterest and it made me super excited to take engagement pics of our own. Ask your photographer for recommendations. They should have experience shooting at different locations, and can help you make a decision based on your personalities and inspiration photos!

How to pick your outfits:

Pick something that you are comfortable in. You don’t want to be constantly adjusting or tugging at your clothes. Picking an outfit that fits and is comfortable is key! Don’t feel pressure to break the bank- buy something that you would normally buy. I searched, and searched, and SEARCHED for a fabulous dress for these pictures. I was going to splurge and get something amazing. This approach just made it harder because that is so not ME. I love to find a deal, and I feel comfortable when I’m wearing something more casual. I ended up with this lavender maxi dress from Forever 21 (I bought it in white too!), and this classic white mini dress. (Brenton was another story; he splurged at Taylor Richards & Conger on some great pieces that he can wear again.) Don’t stress about it too much! All that matters is your love for each other. We were traveling a lot leading up to our engagement photos, and I felt like I was super unorganized when it came to picking my outfits. I finally realized that the outfits really aren’t the most important thing (shocking, I know!!). While taking the photos, just think about how in love you are and how excited you are to marry your fiancé! And remember to have FUN with it and let your personalities show. I guarantee that if you do this, you will love your photos. When my mom first saw the photos, she said that Allison did a great job capturing our relationship and dynamic. That is how these pictures should be- true to your love and relationship!

Nordstrom Sale: Women’s Clothing

Welcome to my Nordstrom Sale blog post!! The sale is now LIVE for everyone!!! Some of the pieces from my try on have sold out in a lot of sizes, but I’m hoping for some restocks soon!

Before I start, I want to say a big THANK YOU to those of you who shop through my links when you buy something that I post. It means the world to me because I know it is sometimes easier to shop blogger’s posts when they have the “swipe up” feature on Instagram. I promise I only post things that I actually love or believe in and I appreciate your support SO MUCH! Ok, here are my picks.

1.) Articles Of Society High Waist Distressed Jean / $44.90. I really liked these jeans! True to size- I wore a size 27. These are a great trendy jean option for fall if you don’t want to spend $150 on a trendy designer jean (like me!!).

2.) Madewell Verse Tie Back Top / $32.90. I loved this top! It comes in navy and ivory too.

3.) Love By Design Quarter Zip Sweater / $35.90. OMG!!!! This has got to be my favorite thing from the sale that I got this year!!! I’m so obsessed with the fit, style, and material. It reminds me of those 90’s movies with Julia Roberts and those sexy casual looks she would wear! Beyond obsessed. True to size (I got a small).

4.) Levi’s 501 Taper Ripped Boyfriend Jean / $85.90. Omggg!!!! These are the most flattering boyfriend jeans I have ever tried on. I was skeptical at first because honestly- boyfriend jeans can sometimes make my figure look kind of blah. I am curvy on the bottom and I love these boyfriend jeans because they still give your booty some shape and aren’t totally baggy back there! I sized up to a 28.

5.) BP Rugby Shirt / $38.90. I loooooove this top!!! I haven’t seen any bloggers that I follow post this one yet, so I was so excited to try it on! This is a great transitional top that you can wear with jean shorts now and your boyfriend jeans later! It does run big- I tried on the XXS and purchased the XS.

6.) Thermal Henley Top / $24.90. I tried this on in the camo which is SO cute, but currently sold out! Don’t worry though- they usually do several restocks during the anniversary sale, so I will let you know on Instagram when they restock! I would still recommend ordering one of the solid colors of these henley tops. They are soooo soft and flattering. I will be wearing this shirt 24/7 this fall. True to size for a fitted look, or size up for a cute oversized look with these.

7.) Goal Digger Sweatshirt / $25.90. I love this sweatshirt!!! Great casual weekend wear and it reminds me of Wildfox!

8.) High Waist Cutoff Skinny Jeans / $42.90. I found my new go-to jeans!!!! These are sooooo flattering, lift your booty, and are comfy (but not too stretchy). Do yourself a favor and order these!!! They look like premium designer jeans for just under $43. True to size and a no brainer!!

9.) Misty Asymmetrical Dress / $41.90. This dress is a STEAL!!! So flattering and pretty material. I got this in a size small and can’t wait to wear it to dinner at the beach, and I might even dress it up with heels for a wedding in August. Also comes in a light blush color!

10.) BP. Fleece Lined Corduroy Jacket / $49.90. I am so excited about this find!! I was looking for a jacket like this all last fall/winter. It is a bomber material in the inside, so it is definitely more substantial than it looks. I wore a size small and I’m beyond obsessed with this jacket!! So much cuter in person, too.

11.) SPANX Faux Leather Leggings / $66.90. I own these and wore them probably 4x a week this fall/winter/spring. I wear a size small in these and they are the most flattering pants I have EVER put on! You can wear them casual with a t-shirt knotted up and sneakers, or dress them up with a cropped sweater and boots. These are a must have in my opinion!!

12.) ZELLA Live In High Waist Legging / $35.90. Another legging that I cannot live without. These leggings are more for exercise purposes and for running errands around town etc! But they are my FAVORITE!!! If you don’t have a pair of black athletic leggings, buy these now and thank me later! True to size.

13.) WACAOL Perfect No Wire Contour Bra / $39.90. Y’all. I was praying this would be on the sale! This has been my favorite bra for the last 4 years!! I will never wear an underwire bra- I HATE them!!! This bra is the most comfortable, flattering bra. It gives you a really nice shape, but doesn’t have “padding”. It is also SUPER supportive. This is the only bra that I can wear all day long without it bothering me. I cannot believe the sale price!! I am going to order the darker color at this price. Try this bra for sure. True to size.

14.) J.Crew Sleep Shirt / $44.90. We wore these sleep shirts while getting ready for my friend Liz’s wedding! They were soooo cute!! This is a great idea for bridesmaids gifts or for yourself :) Also comes in blue. I have a size small.

15.) Herringbone Indoor/Outdoor Rug / prices vary based on size. I have this rug in my guest bedroom and it’s one of my favorite rugs in the house!!! It’s one of those rugs that after you buy, you want in every other color (they have so many fun ones!!) and in every room. I am considering getting it for our porch since it is indoor/outdoor! I bought this during the sale last year, and I’m SO glad that I did. I have the 6×9 size.

16.) Amsterdam Bohemian Area Rug / prices vary depending on price. I have this rug in the “medium grey” in my living room layered on top of a jute area rug. It looks SO good. I want to move that color down to the media room/basement, replace with the “sky blue” color for our living room, and buy the “aqua” color for our master bath (we have a lot of teal and aqua in there!). At the rate I’m going, I will this rug and the last one in every room in my house- lol! I have in 5×8. I have a rug by this same designer in my master bedroom and it’s just so high quality/design at such a low price point. Definitely recommend.

17.) Bandolier Leather iPhone Crossbody / $123.90. OMG!!! I have been obsessed/wanting one of these for a while. Backstory: last August, I went to the Titans preseason game with some friends to watch our guys play against them. Someone there had one of these on & I HAD so ask her where she got it! It’s so genius because you can wear them to games (perfect size), running errands, or out on the town. It’s a phone case that carries your cards and also has a little crossbody pouch attaches. The pouch is removable which I love! Definitely a cool piece to have.

AERIE Vintage Beach Fleece // $19.97. Love this!! They have lots of great colors. 5 star reviews. I am in a small and could have done a medium for an even more oversized look. Great for beach or lake nights. Also comes in this Bondi beach graphic print that is super cute!

Aerie Real Soft Tee // $11.97. Omg. They aren’t joking when they say REAL SOFT tee!! This thing is so soft and comfy. I sized down to an XS for a more snug fit, but I would say it’s true to size. They have other neutral colors too!

AERIE Inside-Out Beach Fleece // $15.98. I absolutely love this beachy sweater! It comes in 6 other colors and is so flattering and easy to throw on with jean shorts or over a bikini. This is a wardrobe must have!

AERIE Rings One Piece Swimsuit / $19.99. I love this one piece so much!! I don’t really own another one piece and I felt really good as soon as I put this one on. Definitely a must have for right under $20, and it comes in several other colors. These swimsuits are great because they also come in “long” sizes for my tall girls!!

AERIE Real Soft Ribbed Tank / $10.77. Love this tank so much!! The white one I am wearing in my try on is only available in two sizes online, but they have tons of other colors available in every size like this pretty green color! This is so flattering and soft. Definitely another must have.

This floral ruffle maxi dress isn’t AERIE, but I shared on my stories because it’s only $12.37 with the code “EXTRA40” today (along with all their other sale items)!! I wear a small.

10 Quick Steps: My Summer Wedding & Events Makeup Look

DRESS // $78. SHOES // $49. TASSEL EARRINGS // $16. CLUTCH // $50.

We had the best time at our friends Carly and Ben’s wedding a couple weekends ago. She looked gorgeous and his face when she walked down the aisle was EVERYTHING. Anyway, I thought I would share my makeup routine step by step from that night because it stayed ALL night long through the heat and hours of dancing and drinking! Here we go..! 1.) I always prep my skin with this moisturizer ($30, Ulta) and do my brows before starting my makeup routine!

2.) Next I used this lightly tinted bronzing primer ($49, Nordstrom) that has SPF 20, which is great for summer evenings when the sun is still out. This bronzing primer smooths your complexion and adds a sun kissed look before using foundation. I also wear it without foundation for a light coverage look. I will also note that the brand, Colorescience, is VERY good for your skin and I’ve had several dermatologists recommend this brand to me- which makes it easy for me to spend the money on this primer!

3.) I primed my eyelids with this long lasting eye primer ($22, Ulta) in color Painterly! This is a MUST for any wedding or event so that your eyeshadow doesn’t budge or bleed.

4.) I used this $12 eyeshadow palette (Ulta) for my smokey eye. I applied the color “Taken” all over my lower lid and used one of the lighter shades in my crease to blend. I have been using this palette nonstop for the last month or two.

5.) Next I applied my favorite FAVORITE FAVORITEEEEE long lasting photo PERFECT foundation ($48, Nordstrom). I absolutely LOVE this foundation. It seriously lasts all night long and makes your skin look flawless. When I came home from this long night of dancing and drinking (and sweating-yikes), my foundation still looked great! (I wear color Buff.)

6.) I used my paint pot eyeliner ($18, Ulta) next. I applied it along my lash line with an angled brush- any angled brush will work, but I prefer this one– I’ve had it for a while.

7.) Next I applied my $8 waterproof mascara (Ulta)!

8.) I applied this blurring powder as a setting powder ($38, Ulta) in the areas that I tend to get oily. And after applying the blurring powder, I applied my go-to ABSOLUTE favorite dim lighting powder ($22, Nordstrom) alllll over my face with a big powder brush ($30, Nordstrom).

9.) Lastly I applied this matte bronzer ($15, Nordstrom) that I’ve used since high school on my cheeks, jawline, and top of my forehead. After that I applied a little bit of the best illuminating/bronzing powder ($44, Nordstrom) in color Bali Brown on my cheeks for that summer glow with the same brush! To make sure these were blended well, I went back over my face with the big powder brush I used earlier with the dim lighting powder.

10.) Lastly I applied my tried and true lip products! I used this lip liner in color Whirl to slightly overline my lips and my favorite gloss in color Ballet Pink ($9, Ulta) for the past few months!

Summer Weddings & Events: What to Wear!!

Summertime is finally here!! We have some weddings and events coming up, and I have been on the hunt for the perfect dresses. I’m a huge online shopper, and it can be so hard to tell what a dress really looks like in person. I thought I would take some of the hard work away from y’all and show you 4 dresses in different lengths that I ended up loving for summer events! I’m also sharing my favorite accessories to wear them with, and 2 additional dresses that I don’t own but am confident will work for any summer event! All of these are from Nordstrom which means free shipping (yay!).

1.) NSR Ruffle Hem Minidress (also comes in black and a gorgeous blush!!) / $78. I am in love with this dress!! When I opened the package- I literally gasped with excitement! This is the dress I had been waiting for! It is SO much more beautiful in person than online. The quality is super high, the fabric and fit are gorgeous, and I love it in every color! I wear the size small. I think this would be great for a summer wedding or event!! I ordered the orange which is gorgeous, but if you don’t love orange definitely try this blush pink color. It’s stunning!! It also comes in black which would be great for a cocktail party.

2.) NSR Gracie Cupro Mid Length Body-Con Dress / $36.90 (RUN!) Oh my goodness. I just love the fit, feel, and color of this dress. It is a soft, flattering material that is double lined- so you don’t have to worry about undergarments showing! You can also easily wear a strapless bra. I wear a size small. I think this dress could be great for a summertime wedding or wedding rehearsal- especially if you dress it up with fancy gold hoops and a gold clutch! It would also be great for any cocktail party or event. This also comes in black!

3.) WAYF Ruffle Cut Out Maxi Dress / $109. Okay, this dress is unique and a fun change of pace to what I normally wear. I spotted this dress about a month ago in stores and didn’t have time to try on, so immediately went home and ordered it.. that is how gorgeous it is in person!! Immediately after trying it on for the first time, I started noticing that a lot of big time bloggers started posting about this dress- and there’s a reason!! It is SO cute and fun. I wear a small. You will definitely get so many compliments on this dress all night long at any summer wedding you attend!

4.) Leith Racerback Dress / $29. This is my tried and true, go-to summer wedding and event dress. I have worn it countless times in the pink color!! Charity events, weddings, out on the town, birthdays… you name it! I recently ordered the navy pinstripe and wore with gold jewelry and wedges for an engagement party. If you don’t already own this dress, I suggest ordering it in at least one color for the summer! It comes in tons of color options. At $29 and free shipping you can’t beat it! I wear a size small.

Accessories that I wore with each dress:

Leith Gold Strappy Heels / $59. True to size, reasonably comfortable for the style, gorgeous fit and color.

Taupe Wrap Heels / $48. True to size, very comfortable, and so cute. Get so many compliments on these!

Chelsea 28 Clutch / $32. This is the same designer and similar style as the clutch I am carrying-which is sold out right now! Love this option though.

A couple of other dresses (both free shipping!) I was going to order if those didn’t work are:

NSR Coral Tie Dye Chiffon Minidress (also comes in blue!!) / $78. This is the first dress by NSR that caught my eye. If it is anything like their other dresses, the color and detail of this dress will be WAY better than it shows online!! I love chiffon dresses and LOVE tie dye! The shape of this dress is so flattering. If another occasion comes up, I will be ordering this dress. I also really love the blue color- I couldn’t decide which image to use!! Great for summer weddings.

Off The Shoulder Dress / $52. This dress has excellent reviews and comes in several more colors! I have seen it on some other bloggers and it is SUPER cute on!! Great for outdoor weddings.

Hi guys!! As promised, here are all of the links and details on the pieces I posted on my Instagram story today. I tried on soooo many cute things and wanted everything! Ditsy Frill MiiSkirt / $55. Love this skirt! This came home with me. I’m wearing a US 4 and it fits perfectly. It is pretty short, so if you are taller than me (5’7), I wouldn’t recommend it. But it is so flattering and I see myself wearing this all the time!! With sweaters, bodysuits, blouses, casual tanks and tees…. you name it!

Rib Camisole / $10. I love this tank so much!! It comes in a bunch of colors and I plan to buy more! I got this olive color to go with the skirt above. I’m wearing a size US 4.

White Ruffle Minidress / $55. Looooove this dress! It comes in several different colors, but I love the white. It is pretty low in the front, and luckily I was wearing this bralette which I actually think looks really cute. Here is a similar bralette that would look just as good! I am wearing a size US 4 in the dress.

Button-Up Cover Up Dress / $52. This is soooo cute for a cover up!! It is a little bit too thin for a dress, but covers more than enough as a cover up! I will definitely be purchasing this. It comes in more colors too!! It reminds me of Free People. I’m in a size small.

Ring Body-Con Dress / $48. Okay, I know this dress is a little sassy- but I am obsessed with it! The material isn’t too thin for a bodycon dress, and I think it would be so perfect for a bachelorette party, birthday party, Vegas, fun vacay…. I love it! I’m in a size US 2. If you are between sizes, size down. I might order this for the birthday party I don’t even have planned yet.. lol!

Underbust Rib Bodycon Dress / $48. Okay.. another sassy dress! I think this would be great for all of the occasions I talked about for the last dress! I’m in a size US 2 and definitely would need a 4. But it is so cute for a special night out on the town!

Cutout Side Midi Slipdress / $50. I felt really good in this dress in person! The fabric is pretty and it could be dressed up with pretty heels for an event, graduation/engagement party, or a wedding! I would get this in the black color option. I’m wearing a size US 4.

Geo Tie Neck Halter Midi Dress / $90. This dress was not great on me, but would be soooo perfect on someone else! It is gorgeous. This style would be perfect on someone thin without curvy hips! The fabric and quality was amazing for an event or wedding. Loved it, just not for me!

Turner Sneaker / $48. Major shoe crush!!!! I am so obsessed with these in both color combos! Definitely an affordable option if you love the Golden Goose look.

Nike Blazer Mid Vintage Sneaker / $100. I am ordering these right now!! They are SO cute! A classic and will be a staple with skirts, dresses, jean shorts… everything!! Definitely order these if you are looking for a neutral/go with everything sneaker.

Hotstuff Toe Ring Sandal / $30. I got these in both colors (they also come in brown)!! I’m telling you- these are the perfect sandals. They are simple, chic, COMFORTABLE… everything I have been looking for in a sandal!! I am seriously considering purchasing two more pairs as backups in case something ever happens to the ones I bought. Order these!! You will thank me later. They remind me of the $200+ Ancient Greek sandals everyone loves.

Dior Nude Air Luminizer Powder in “Pink Glow” / $56. This might seem random, but I went over the the beauty section and tried on this amazing highlighter after seeing so much hype about it online. Hi guys!! I’m so sorry I’ve been MIA. We got a puppy (!!!) and have been spending all of our time with him! But, I wanted to take some time to share a retailer that I have been loving for the past couple of months: PacSun!! I know, I know. When you think of PacSun, you think of “emo” teenagers from 10 years ago. But guys.. Their stuff is SO GOOD! It’s on trend and they have great prices, so I wanted to share my obsession with y’all. LA Hearts Vintage Band T-Shirt / $12.50. I have been obsessing over this particular brand at PacSun for a few months now!! I love their graphic tees and how affordable they are. I think this one is funny & cute. Would be perfect with destructed jean shorts or some mom jeans.

LA Hearts Queen Of Swords T Shirt / $12.50. Here is another graphic tee I have been crushing over from PacSun!! I think it would also be cute with mom jeans OR a flirty little skirt! Gingham skirt in picture linked here.

PacSun Favorite Mom Jeans / $59. I have been wanting to purchase these “mom jeans” for a while now! They have lots of amazing reviews & are a great price compared to designer “mom” jeans I have seen. These would be so cute with the above graphic tees knotted up, bodysuits, crop tops, or lightweight sweaters! (The reviews say they run a little big so keep that in mind when ordering!)

LA Hearts Tie Strap Smocked Top / $26. I love this little top! It would be perfect with the mom jeans. It also comes in an adorable white and light blue!

Motel Rocks Kroes Crop Top / $42. This is another little top that I think would be SO cute with the mom jeans!! The colors are so fun and I love the sleeve detail. It looks like Free People! You can also get the matching skirt & wear it two different ways!

LA Hearts Tie Front Jumpsuit / $49. I love this little jumpsuit!! It would be perfect dressed up with wedges for summer nights out, or with flip flops for a barbecue or baseball game.

LA Hearts Beaded Layering Necklace / $9. I love this little necklace to complete the whole look!

Adidas Tan Trefoil T-Shirt / $35. PacSun also has some great athleisure options!! I loooove this Adidas t-shirt. It is so cute & you can definitely wear this with joggers or dress it up with a little jean skirt.

Adidas Deerupt Runner Shoes / $120. Speaking of athleisure, I am OBSESSED with these shoes!!! They are just so… COOL!

Van’s Women’s Blue and Pink Old Skool Sneakers / $65. I also LOVE these little sneakers for spring & summer! I would rock these with dresses, jean skirts, shorts… everything!

LA Hearts Ring Bandeau Bikini / $26 top & $22 bottom. Now for my favorite… swimwear!!! They have some great, affordable swim options. This adorable suit reminds me of old school Victoria’s Secret swim (RIP)! Matching bottoms linked here.

LA Hearts Side Lace-Up Cropped Bikini with High Waisted Bottoms / $26 top & $19 bottom. I love this suit!!! The print is ADORABLE & the cut of the top & bottoms are so flattering. And you can’t beat the price! Matching bottoms linked here.

Sports Illustrated Swim Ribbed Cropped Bikini / $64 top & $64 bottom. Ok, this suit is a little pricier but I am SO excited because PacSun carries a good amount of Sports illustrated’s new swim line! I think this one is so gorgeous, flattering, and timeless. Matching bottoms linked here.

Wish List: For The Home

I love decorating our home! It is so much fun to look for things to fill all of the different spaces. When we moved into this new place last summer, we didn’t bring ANYTHING! Not one thing! We hired Maggie from Lucy & Co to do our living room, dining room, and master bedroom. But, I still like doing some random things myself. I’ve learned that it takes a lot of time and patience to fill every space. There are still so many items that are on my wish list for the house, and I have slowly been checking things off the list. Here are some of the items that are still on my wish list!

Anthropologie White Dipped Ladder / $98. I am planning to purchase this ladder for the master bathroom!! It is almost identical to this $348 white dipped ladder from Serena & Lily. Since when does Anthropologie make these affordable pieces?! Loving it!

Anthropologie Storage Bath Caddy / $148. I am getting this caddy (eventually-lol) for the master bath as well! I think it will add something extra to the space.. and you can fill it with your favorite candle and bath accessories.

Anthropologie Blue Marisol Pillows / $98 each. I love these pillows for the master bedroom!! I am hesitant because I love to find a deal, but I might go ahead and pull the trigger on these because I haven’t found any that I love more!

Anthropologie Chevron Hand Towel / I am planning to get this for our powder bathroom downstairs! We have fun blue printed wallpaper in that space, and this towel will accent the walls perfectly.

Pottery Barn Moroccan Twist Fireplace Screen / $199. We are planning to get this fireplace screen for the fireplace in our living room. I can’t wait! I think it will really make the room look more complete. I also like this $78 option from Joss & Main.

Minted Anemone Art Print / $ depends on size. We are putting this piece over the fireplace in our dining room! I’m so excited to see this hanging. I am all about all blue everything! World Market All Weather Wicker Outdoor Chair / $199. I have been eyeing these chairs for so long.. I need to just go for it! I would love to have these as an addition around our outdoor fireplace or by the “spa” area. They look so similar to these $600 West Elm chairs!

Pier 1 Hanging Chair / $249. One more thing I would love to have outside is a hanging chair! This would look perfect in the corner of our covered porch. I’m not sure how functional these are, but they are so cute! From what I have seen, this one is a great price.

That is the majority of my wish list! There are more accessories that I have in mind, but I change my mind on those on a daily basis. What is your approach to shopping for your house?
